Gumnut Package - Postpartum Doula Support
My Gumnut Package is 10 hours of support which comprises of 4 x 2.5 hour visits.
In that time I am that warm hug who comes in and helps you with whatever YOU need. It can be practical support such as putting on and hanging out washing, folding and putting away said washing, tidying the kitchen, making your bed, cooking a meal, playing with siblings (I’ve been known to jump on a trampoline or pretend play). But most importantly I provide emotional support where I sit, holds your space and listens.
Included with the visits are:

⭐️ Motherhood affirmations
⭐️ Lamaze toy
